Job summary

Lifenity Health Ltd. in Mumbai seeks a Supply Chain Executive (REAGENTS) to manage availability, inventory and movement of laboratory reagents across diagnostic centres.

You will consolidate reagent requirements, monitor stock levels, batch numbers and expiry dates, and coordinate receipt, storage and distribution. The role involves collaboration with procurement, vendors and diagnostic teams to prevent shortages, maintain MIS records, and ensure compliant storage and transport of reagents.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. / DMLT / B.Pharm or related qualification in laboratory, pharmacy, supply chain or related field.
• Relevant experience in diagnostics, laboratory, pharmaceutical or healthcare supply chain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate reagent requirements and centre indents based on testing volume, consumption and stock levels.
• Monitor reagent stock, batch numbers, expiry dates, minimum/maximum levels and consumption trends.
• Coordinate receipt, GRN, storage, issue and distribution of reagents to centres.
• Ensure timely replenishment and follow up on shortages, pending supplies and urgent requirements.
• Maintain reagent stock records, inward/outward registers and system entries and reconcile physical and system stock.
• Coordinate with Procurement, vendors, stores and Diagnostic teams for reagent availability and supply issues.
• Monitor near-expiry, damaged, excess and slow-moving reagents and initiate appropriate action.
• Ensure reagents are stored, handled and transported according to specified storage and safety requirements.
• Support physical stock verification, audits and investigation of stock discrepancies.
• Maintain MIS covering reagent stock, indents, dispatches, consumption, shortages, expiry and reconciliation.
• Escalate potential stock-outs, supply disruptions or quality-related concerns to the Supply Chain Manager and relevant Diagnostic team.
• Support improvement of reagent inventory controls and ensure compliance with approved supply chain procedures.
