Job summary

Lifenity Health Ltd. is seeking a Supply Chain Executive (Medicines) to manage end-to-end availability and movement of medicines across centres. You will consolidate requirements, monitor stock and expiry, coordinate receipt and distribution, and support stock reconciliations to ensure uninterrupted medicine supply.

The role emphasizes documentation, MIS maintenance, and collaboration with procurement, vendors, and cluster managers to address shortages and supply issues.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce or relevant field.
• D.Pharm/B.Pharm preferred.
• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare/medicine supply chain operations preferred.

Job description

Designation : SUPPLY CHAIN EXECUTIVE (MEDICINES)

Job Purpose:

To support end-to-end availability and movement of medicines by managing demand, stock, distribution, documentation and reconciliation across centres.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consolidate medicine requirements and centre indents based on consumption, stock levels and approved requirements.
• Monitor medicine stock, batch numbers, expiry dates, minimum/maximum levels and stock movement.
• Coordinate receipt, GRN, storage, issue, transfer and distribution of medicines to centres.
• Ensure timely dispatch and replenishment and follow up on shortages, pending supplies and urgent requirements.
• Maintain stock records, inward/outward registers and system entries and reconcile physical and system stock.
• Coordinate with Procurement, vendors, warehouse/stores and Cluster Managers for medicine availability and supply issues.
• Monitor near-expiry, damaged, excess and slow-moving medicines and initiate appropriate action.
• Ensure medicines are stored, handled and transported as per defined requirements.
• Support physical stock verification, audits and investigation of stock discrepancies.
• Maintain medicine supply chain MIS covering stock, indents, dispatches, shortages, expiry and reconciliation.
• Monitor supply risks and elevate potential stock-outs or disruptions to the Supply Chain Manager.
• Support process improvements and ensure compliance with approved medicine supply chain procedures.
