Job summary

Zuche Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi is seeking an experienced Export Logistics Specialist to manage end-to-end export operations, ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery of international orders while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate documentation, freight, CHA and carrier partners, track shipments, optimize container loading, and maintain MIS reports with strong emphasis on accuracy and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end export shipment activities, from order processing to final dispatch and delivery.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, Certificates of Origin, and other statutory documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and logistics partners to ensure smooth shipment processing and customs clearance.
• Track export shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery to international customers.
• Liaise with internal departments, overseas clients, and logistics partners for smooth order execution and shipment planning.
• Ensure compliance with applicable export regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, export files, and MIS reports for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Identify and resolve shipment-related issues, documentation discrepancies, and logistical challenges to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
• Container Space Optimization: Plan and coordinate efficient container loading to maximize space utilization, minimize unused space, reduce freight and transportation costs, and ensure the safe handling of goods.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure proper packing, palletization, and container loading as per shipment requirements.
• Monitor shipment schedules, container availability, and dispatch timelines to avoid delays and additional logistics costs.
• Maintain coordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely preparation of shipping documents and completion of export formalities.
