Leading Manufacturing Company in Jamnagar, Gujarat, seeks an experienced SCM Head to lead end-to-end supply chain, procurement, and material planning. The role requires building vendor networks, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely availability of materials for production.

The ideal candidate has 12–18 years in SCM within manufacturing, with strong negotiation, inventory management, cost control, and ERP skills.

Competenze

• 12–18 years of experience in SCM / Purchase / Procurement in Manufacturing.
• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Production; MBA in SCM is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end supply chain, procurement and material planning.
• Develop vendors and negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components for production.
• Control inventory, optimize stock levels and reduce procurement costs.
• Manage supplier performance, quality, delivery and outsourced job work.
• Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality, Stores and Finance teams.
• Monitor ERP/MIS reports and lead the purchase, stores and SCM team.
