Job summary

OPmobility in Pune, India seeks an experienced SCM leader to drive demand and delivery management, inventory control, and supplier reconciliation. The role emphasizes CI initiatives, cost control, and maintaining high accuracy across gate entries and GRNs.

The candidate should have strong people management, demand forecasting, procurement, and stores/logistics expertise, with a background in mechanical or automobile sectors. 15–20 years of SCM experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demand Management and Delivery management responsibilities.
• Inventory control and accuracy maintenance.
• Job Work Supplier reconciliation every month.
• Reconciliation & Sign-off on customer supplied parts.
• Zero COGI and line stoppages due to SCM processes.
• Ensure expenses stay within budget and gate entry vs GRN accuracy 100%.
• Monitor obsolescence cost due to storage & shelf life.
• Drive cost reduction and CI initiatives for SCM team.
• Manage resources effectively and support safe, clean work environment.
