Job summary

Ramky Sustainability Solutions Hyderabad is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage CAPEX budgets for MSW projects. You will coordinate with vendors, maintain stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance with policies during project execution.

Responsibilities include SAP MM-based purchasing, stock management, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency across global suppliers.

• Knowledge of SAP MM and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage Capex budget for MSW projects, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
• Coordinate with vendors to procure equipment and materials required for project execution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during project implementation.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• AMCs, Services, hiring of vehicles and equipment at the Project site as per DOA & SOP.
• Coordinating with HOs purchase department for CAPEX procurement, Enquiring, comparing quotations, negotiating prices, and finalizing the order for the site.
• Preparing Purchase requisitions and P.O.s / Work Orders in SAP MM.
• Updating ISO records and follow-up for the material.
• Processing GRNs and bills, updating material status, and preparing MIS reports.
• Maintain minimum stock levels. Updating store records.
• Setting up the warehouses layout based on the volume and value of inventory.
• Ensure the timely availability and inspection of all materials of materials
• Stock analysis entailing replenishments, optimal stock keeping & analyzing stock cover reports.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to minimize wastage and inventory holding expenses.
• Receipts, stocking in bins, issuance of materials, and quarterly reconciliation of stocks at all projects.
• Analyse the loss in transit and undertake measures to control the same.
• Manage sourcing spend and delivery costs, and ensure on-time deliveries and material quality from qualified suppliers across the globe.
• Develop & align sourcing strategies and deliver by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Procurement of turbines, boilers, BOP, FGS, plant & machinery, O&M, project packages, solid waste handling equipment, all mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation items like PLC & MCC panels, electric motors, cables, luminaries, DCS systems, frequency drives, etc.
• Import purchasing and customs license clearance for imports.
• Standardization of payment terms.
• Quarterly business review with vendors and vendor scorecard management.
• Techno-commercial evaluation of the received quotations.
• Final negotiation with the selected vendors for the best prices and timely follow-up to ensure timely delivery.
