Job summary

Resustainability is seeking an on-site Supply Chain professional to manage procurement and material flow at the Madurai project site. You will handle AMC services, vehicle and equipment procurement, incinerator, autoclave, shredder, and other plant spares as per DOA & SOP, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.

You will coordinate CAPEX procurement with the head office, solicit and compare quotes, negotiate prices, and finalize orders. Proficiency in SAP MM for P.O.

Responsibilities

• Managing AMC, services, and procurement of vehicles, equipment, incinerator, autoclave & shredder at the project site as per DOA & SOP.
• Coordinating CAPEX procurement of site with HO's purchase department.
• Requesting, comparing quotations, negotiating price, and finalizing orders.
• Preparing purchase requisitions and P.O.s / work orders in SAP MM.

Job description

Manage Supply Chain activities at the project site - Madurai

• AMCs, Services, hiring of vehicles equipment, Incinerator, Autoclave & Shredder all types of Plant & Machinery, Automobiles, steel, cement, bulk materials, capital equipment, tools and O&M spares at Project site as per DOA & SOP.
• Coordinating with HOs purchase department CAPEX procurement of site
• Enquiring, comparing quotations, negotiating price, finalizing the order
• Preparing Purchase requisitions and P.O.s / Work Orders in SAP MM
• Preparing and forwarding bills. Updating material status, preparing MIS reports
• Updating of ISO records and follow up for material.
• Communicating with vendors to ensure quality of material and in time deliveries
• Processing of GRN's, bills, updating material status, and preparing MIS reports.
• Maintain minimum stock levels. Updating store records
• Planning procurement of material from direct vendors and Out Side Processing vendors
• Preparing Purchase Orders and work Orders in SAP.
