Job summary

Re Sustainability Limited in Hyderabad, India, is seeking an experienced procurement professional to support industrial waste management projects. You will plan and procure consumables, chemicals, spares, and services, while coordinating with operations and engineering teams to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires 2–5 years of procurement experience, familiarity with ERP systems, and a strong ability to review technical documents and negotiate with vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2–5 years of procurement experience in industrial/waste management or heavy engineering.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement processes.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and procure consumables, chemicals, spares, fuel, PPE, and services.
• Assist end-to-end procurement cycle: PO placement, tracking, delivery, FAT, and commissioning.
• Review basic technical documents with internal teams.
• Identify and manage vendors; support negotiations and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and audit requirements.
• Convert PRs to POs, track orders, and manage inventory.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and Finance teams.

Job description

Support procurement activities for industrial waste management projects, including CAPEX equipment, operational materials, vendor management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and procure consumables, chemicals, spares, fuel, PPE, and services.
• Assist in end-to-end procurement cycle: PO placement, tracking, delivery, FAT, and commissioning.
• Review basic technical documents (PFD, P&ID, drawings) with internal teams.
• Identify and manage vendors; support negotiations and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and audit requirements.
• Convert PRs to POs, track orders, and manage inventory levels.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and Finance teams.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's in Mechanical / Chemical / Environmental / Industrial Engineering.
• 2-5 years of procurement experience in industrial / waste management / heavy engineering.
