Management and Administration

• M1. Allocatework to Field Staff and manage workload
• M2. Mitigate/Communicate/Escalateany concerns/issues voiced by Field Staff
• M3. Coordinateinternally with various teams to meet client requirements
• M4. Elicitand ensure participation of Field Staff in defining SOPs, identifying hazardsand ensuring work place safety
• M5. Weeklytraining to staff to ensure compliance with SOPs
• M6. Understandcontract requirements in coordination with Project Managers
