Job summary

RAS Luxury Oils in Raipur, India, is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Lead to own end-to-end planning from procurement to dispatch. You will coordinate with contract manufacturers and production partners to ensure on-time, quality output.

You will manage raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventory, build SOPs, anticipate disruptions, and collaborate with NPD/R&D during launches. Lead a small operations team and provide regular supply chain MIS to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply chain: procurement planning, production scheduling, inventory management, and dispatch
• Coordinate with contract manufacturers and production partners to ensure timely and quality output
• Manage raw material and packaging procurement in alignment with production plans and launch calendars
• Track and optimise inventory levels — raw material, WIP, and finished goods — to minimise stockouts and overstock
• Oversee inbound logistics from vendors and outbound fulfilment to warehouse/3PL/direct customers
• Build and maintain SOPs for all supply chain processes — receiving, QC, storage, dispatch
• Identify and resolve supply chain disruptions proactively — not reactively
• Work closely with the NPD and R&D teams during new product launches to manage materials and trial production
• Manage and develop a small operations team; set clear targets and hold them accountable
• Provide regular supply chain MIS to leadership: fill rates, lead times, inventory turns, supplier performance
