Job summary

Swaroop Agri Sciences is seeking a skilled Supply Chain leader to manage end-to-end SCM operations in Nashik district. The role involves planning production based on demand forecasts, handling procurement and MRP, optimizing inventory and warehouse operations, and overseeing logistics and distribution.

You'll develop vendor relationships, implement Lean/5S/Kaizen, and coordinate with Production, Sales, Quality and Finance teams while mentoring the SCM team to ensure timely material availability

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Strong planning and forecasting skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/SAP for planning and reporting.
• Experience in vendor management and cost optimization.
