Job summary

Cirkla Inc. is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Executive to join the Operations Team in Mumbai.

The role covers end-to-end coordination of last mile logistics for the US, with exposure to logistics, procurement, warehousing, and process improvement in a global supply chain environment. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate in Commerce/Engineering/Supply Chain/Operations with demonstrated supply chain or logistics experience and strong MS Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce/Engineering/Supply Chain/Operations.
• Demonstrated experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
• Experience working in international logistics, especially the US, is a plus.
• Familiar with MS Excel and comfortable learning ERP or tracking tools.
• Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.
• Proactive, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day supply chain activities including logistics coordination and inventory tracking for our US operations
• Support customer and supplier engagement for timely deliveries and a world class customer service
• Help monitor warehouse operations and documentation
• Coordinate with various logistics partners for inbound and outbound shipments
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and reduce costs
• Learn and work across procurement, logistics, and cross-functional supply chain activities.

Role Overview
