Cirkla is seeking a results-driven Quality Assurance Executive to build and scale our quality management system for moulded fiber packaging. You will ensure processes, products, and operations meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency, helping us deliver sustainable packaging solutions globally.

You will work closely with product development, production and sales teams, maintaining quality documentation and driving continuous improvement as we expand our manufacturing

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of industry experience in Quality Assurance in a high-growth environment.
• Knowledge of moulded fiber manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory

Responsabilidades

• Manage quality of products produced at 3P locations in Asia.
• Implement quality management program for moulded fiber products.
• Regularly inspect processes and outputs to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Develop and maintain quality standards for inspection.
• Collaborate closely with product development, production and sales teams.
• Ensure product produced is as per specifications agreed with customers.
• Maintain quality documentation for supplies happening from 3P factories to customers globally.
• Documenting and reporting product quality issues.
• Identify root causes of quality problems and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement quality audit of material suppliers, report findings and ensure corrective actions.

Role Overview

We are seeking a result-oriented Quality Assurance Executive for Cirkla’s Quality Management System. You will ensure that all processes, products, and operations meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency. As we scale our manufacturing footprint, you will be instrumental in building robust quality systems, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring delivery of world-class, sustainable packaging solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for managing quality of products sold by Cirkla produced at 3P locations in Asia
• Implement quality management program for moulded fiber products
• Regularly inspect processes and outputs to ensure compliance with internal and external standards
• Developing and maintaining quality standards for inspection
• Collaborate closely with product development, production and sales teams
• Ensure product produced is as per specifications agreed with customers

Who you are

• Food Technologist/ Packaging technologist from reputed institutes like ICT, IIP, CFTRI etc.
• 2-3 years of industry experience in Quality Assurance function in a high-growth work environment
• Knowledge of moulded fiber manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory
• Consistent track record of delivering quality related projects
• Problem solving ability and strategic thinking
• Self-starter, high ownership & hungry for personal growth
• Strong communication skills and ability to deal with ambiguity
