Accurest Consulting is seeking an Operations Manager – Fulfilment & Supply Chain to lead day‑to‑day 3PL and warehouse operations for a consumer brand, including inventory, packing, and fulfillment.

The role requires hands‑on experience in e‑commerce logistics, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Shopify or similar systems. Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities are essential for success and ownership of operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in supply chain, fulfilment, warehouse, or logistics.
• Hands-on experience with 3PL/warehouse operations, preferably for a consumer/e‑commerce brand.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar order management systems.
• Good understanding of inventory, order flow, returns, and logistics.
• Strong communication, ownership, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3PL/warehouse operations, including orders, receiving, returns and dispatches.
• Monitor warehouse performance against SLAs/KPIs and resolve operational issues.
• Manage inventory, packing, kitting, and packaging requirements.
• Coordinate volume planning for promotions, launches, and peak periods.
• Handle issues such as aged orders, damages, mis‑shipments, and carrier claims.
• Review 3PL invoices and track shipping/fulfilment costs.
• Maintain SOPs and operational documentation for smooth handover.

About The Role
