• 7-8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or inventory management.
• Experience in FMCG, D2C, Retail, Consumer Goods, or E-commerce industries will be preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain activities from procurement to final product delivery.
• Ensure uninterrupted availability of inventory across warehouses and channels.
• Monitor supply chain performance and implement process improvements.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supply chain functions.
• Forecast demand based on historical data, sales trends, and business requirements.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory.
• Track inventory movement and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for production and replenishment planning.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with vendors.
• Evaluate vendor performance and identify alternate sourcing opportunities.
• Ensure cost optimization while maintaining quality standards.
• Oversee warehousing and distribution activities.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with inventory and warehouse management processes.
• Prepare MIS reports and analyze key supply chain metrics.
