Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers, factories, and logistics partners for material planning and shipment execution.
• Track purchase orders, invoices, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines.
• Manage inventory records and stock movement.
• Follow up with vendors for quotations, production status, and shipment updates.
• Prepare BOM comparisons, costing sheets, and procurement reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams including sales, finance, and operations.
• Maintain documentation related to imports, exports, logistics, and procurement.
• Support CKD/SKD material planning and shipment coordination.
• Monitor daily supply chain activities and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of procurement processes.
