Job summary

Swingtel Communications is seeking a Supply Chain Management Executive to support day-to-day semiconductor supply chain operations. You will work with planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure material availability and accurate data management, ideal for early-career professionals building semiconductor expertise.

Responsibilities include monitoring planning, tracking orders, maintaining ERP/MRP data, and coordinating with suppliers while monitoring inventory and reporting

Qualifications

• Graduates with Diploma in SCM preferred.
• 2–5 years in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred.

• Support production and supply planning based on forecasts.
• Track purchase orders, deliveries, and material movement.

Job Summary

The Supply Chain Management Executive supports day-to-day supply chain operations for semiconductor products. This role works closely with planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure material availability, accurate data management, and timely execution of supply chain activities. It is an ideal role for early-career professionals looking to build expertise in semiconductor supply chains

Key Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Operations SupportAssist in monitoring and planning for material availability
• Support production and supply planning activities based on demand forecasts
• Track purchase orders, deliveries, and material movement across the supply chain
• Update and maintain supply chain data in ERP/MRP systems
• Procurement & Supplier CoordinationSupport procurement activities such as RFQs, purchase order creation, and follow-ups with suppliers
• Coordinate with suppliers to track lead times, delivery schedules, and shipment status
• Assist in evaluating supplier performance metrics (delivery, quality, responsiveness)
• Inventory ManagementHelp monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock
• Support cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and reporting
• Assist in managing slow-moving or excess inventory under supervision
• Reporting & Data AnalysisGenerate basic supply chain reports (inventory status, delivery performance, forecast vs

Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations
