Job summary

The Fresh Factory in Bengaluru is seeking a Supply Chain Executive who loves structure, builds strong vendor relationships, and ensures timely procurement across kitchen, bakery, retail, and packaging.

You will manage day-to-day purchasing, negotiate quotes, maintain inventory, and coordinate with chefs and department heads for procurement planning, ensuring quality and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing (F&B, hospitality, retail, or FMCG preferred).
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Comfortable with Excel and inventory/POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day purchasing for kitchen, bakery, retail, packaging, and operations.
• Generate and track purchase orders.

• Ensure proper documentation, invoices, GRNs, and purchase records.
• Monitor pricing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain high vendor accountability for quality, consistency, and timelines.
