Job summary

Salad Days, a growing healthy-food brand, is seeking a Purchase Manager to oversee end-to-end procurement across multiple locations. You will build vendor relationships, source high-quality materials at optimal costs, and ensure uninterrupted supply to support rapid expansion.

You will lead procurement strategy, negotiate contracts, monitor inventory with warehouse teams, and drive cost-efficiencies while maintaining food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or related field.
• Proven experience in procurement or purchase management.
• Experience in Cloud Kitchen or a QSR is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS, and ERP systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
• Maintain procurement records, MIS reports, and documentation
• Resolve supplier issues related to quality, quantity, or delivery
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand
