Responsibilities

• Generate and analyze Amazon (FBA) replenishment reports to assess inventory levels, forecast demand, and recommend appropriate replenishment strategies.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
• Check current stock levels and determine new restocks required for different products.
• Develop and maintain restock reports to monitor stock levels, identify potential stockouts, and trigger timely replenishment actions. Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and avoid supply disruptions.
• Manage purchase order data and keep track of incoming shipments. Analyze advertising campaign performance data to evaluate the impact on demand and sales. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize advertising spend and align marketing efforts with supply chain capabilities.
• Utilize the SKUBANA and Google Sheets platforms to track and analyze POS data. Monitor sales trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with sales teams to align supply with customer demand.
• Analyzing the wholesale demand utilizing SKUBANA, project the sales limit for the wholesale forecast considering the current inventory and sales trend in other sales channels.
• Interdepartment collaboration with the automation and logistics team to ensure a smooth and precise supply chain.
• End-to-end coordination with the relevant team starting from planning the order to receive it at the warehouse.
• Prepare and keep track of forecasts and analyze deviations from actual sales for the period.
• Prepare weekly/monthly business reports and write business e-mails as per the requirements.
• Analyze trends and variances to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
• Conveying improvement strategies to seniors and facilitating training sessions.
• Manage the monthly data upload process, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into the supply chain systems.
• Ensure proper and consistent documentation of each step and procedure involved in the supply chain.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in E-commerce purchasing and supply chain, including preparing projections, etc.
• Proficiency in using supply chain management tools and software, including Google Sheets and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices, inventory management principles, and demand forecasting techniques.
