Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Analyst responsible for planning, procurement, distribution, and aftermarket service within supply chain operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts.
  • Replenishment Planning: Develop and execute replenishment strategies based on sales trends and inventory performance.
  • Supplier Relations: Collaborate with suppliers to manage order cycles, lead times, and delivery schedules.
  • Order Management: Place purchase orders in line with demand forecasts and inventory levels.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data, stock levels, and supplier performance to inform replenishment strategies.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Work with the demand planning team to review forecasts based on market trends.
  • Cost Optimization: Align purchasing with budget targets and optimize costs while ensuring quality.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve supply chain disruptions and inventory discrepancies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams.

What would you do?

Manage planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service supply chain operations, helping clients realize $5 for every $1 spent on our services Fulfill in supply chain planning refers to the process of completing customer orders by ensuring products are picked, packed, and delivered efficiently. It involves managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely delivery to meet customer expectations. The goal is to ensure that orders are accurately and promptly fulfilled. Plan the inventory or capacity that will be used to fulfill customer orders and determine transportation or delivery of the product through the supply chain.

What are we looking for?

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in purchasing, replenishment buying, or supply chain management.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.

  • Problem-Solving Ability: Quick to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Replenishment Planning: Develop and execute replenishment strategies based on sales trends, forecasts, and inventory performance.

  • Order Management: Place purchase orders in line with demand forecasts and inventory levels, ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data, stock levels, and supplier performance to make informed decisions on replenishment strategies.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Work closely with the demand planning team to review and adjust forecasts based on market trends and seasonality.
  • Cost Optimization: Ensure purchasing processes align with budget targets, optimizing costs without compromising on product quality or availability.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve supply chain disruptions, delays, or inventory discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
