Responsibilities

• Generate and analyze replenishment reports to assess inventory and forecast demand.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
• Check current stock levels and determine restocks for different products.
• Develop and maintain restock reports to monitor stock levels and trigger replenishments.
• Manage purchase order data and track incoming shipments.
• Analyze advertising campaign performance to optimize spend and align marketing with supply chain.
• Use SKUBANA and Google Sheets to track POS data and sales trends.
• Forecast wholesale demand using SKUBANA and consider multi-channel sales trends.
• Coordinate with automation and logistics teams for end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Prepare and track forecasts and analyze deviations from actual sales.
• Write weekly/monthly business emails as required.
• Ensure documentation of each step and procedure in the supply chain.

We are seeking a Supply Chain Consultant to join our team and provide expert guidance and support in optimizing our supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Generate and analyze Amazon (FBA) replenishment reports to assess inventory levels, forecast demand, and recommend appropriate replenishment strategies.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
• Check current stock levels and determine new restocks required for different products.
• Develop and maintain restock reports to monitor stock levels, identify potential stockouts, and trigger timely replenishment actions. Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and avoid supply disruptions.
• Manage purchase order data and keep track of incoming shipments.
• Analyze advertising campaign performance data to evaluate the impact on demand and sales. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize advertising spend and align marketing efforts with supply chain capabilities.
• Utilize SKUBANA and Google Sheets platforms to track and analyze POS data. Monitor sales trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with sales teams to align supply with customer demand.
• Analyze wholesale demand using SKUBANA and project the sales limit for wholesale forecasts, considering current inventory and sales trends across other sales channels.
• Collaborate across departments with automation and logistics teams to ensure a smooth and precise supply chain.
• Coordinate end-to-end with the relevant teams, starting from order planning through to receiving the order at the warehouse.
• Prepare and track forecasts and analyze deviations from actual sales for the period.
• Prepare weekly/monthly business reports and write business emails as required.
• Analyze trends and variances to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
• Convey improvement strategies to senior management and facilitate training sessions.
• Manage the monthly data upload process, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into the supply chain systems.
• Ensure proper and consistent documentation of each step and procedure involved in the supply chain.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in E-commerce Purchasing and Supply Chain, including preparing projections, etc.
• Proficiency in using supply chain management tools and software, including Google Sheets and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices, inventory management principles, and demand forecasting techniques.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of writing business emails
