Job summary

During assigned shifts, oversee production processes, enforce safety protocols, and maintain productivity per established standards. The role ensures smooth operations to prevent delays in production cycles.

The incumbent will coordinate with maintenance, manage shift manpower, maintain logs, and generate reports while adhering to EHS and SOP requirements. Located in Vadodara, Gujarat.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising production activities on a shift.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and EHS compliance.
• Ability to generate reports as per SOPs.
• Proficiency with computer systems and production logs.
• Capable of coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure equipment availability.

Job description

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of production activities during their assigned shift. Their primary responsibility is to oversee production processes, adhere to safety protocols, and maintain productivity according to established standards and procedures. Without this position, the organization would struggle to maintain efficient production operations during specific shifts.

Key Result Area

• Supervising production activities to meet shift-specific targets in line with SHE, housekeeping standards
• Enforcing safety measures and promoting a culture of safety among team members
• Generating accurate reports in compliance with SOPs
• Managing shift manpower efficiently to optimize productivity
• Coordinating with the Maintenance Team to ensure equipment availability and functionality

• To review and authorize attendance, provided by contract supervisors and sanction leaves of juniors
