In2IT Enterprise Business Services is hiring a SuccessFactors Trainee to join our expanding consulting team in India. The role offers structured SAP SuccessFactors learning and hands-on project exposure from day one, with opportunities for direct client interaction as you progress.

The candidate should have B.Tech / MCA / MBA (2022 or earlier) and 2–5 years of HR experience, with strong English communication. Willingness to work from Bhubaneswar or Noida for at least one year is essential.
