Job summary

RAIN is seeking a Trainee SAP SF to join the SAP department. The role focuses on supporting multiple SuccessFactors submodules and ensuring accurate data import/export for HR processes.

Ideal candidates have a basic understanding of HR concepts and cloud technologies, with a willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic environment. Entry-level professionals are encouraged to apply and gain hands-on experience in SAP SF implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
• 0 to 1 year of experience expected.
• Knowledge of HR processes and cloud concepts.
• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support submodules of SAP SuccessFactors as listed.
• Import and export data for HR systems.
• Coordinate with HR team to close issues.
• Assist with yearly HR activities.

KPIs:

• Knowledge in at least one or more of the following sub modules of Successfactors (priority as per chronological order):

1. Time Management (Time Tracking, Time Sheets, Time Off)
2. Recruitment (RCM RMK)
3. Onboarding Off Boarding
4. Performance Goals Management (PMGM)
5. Compensation
6. Learning (LMS)
7. Payroll (ECP): Employee Central Payroll
8. Employee Central
9. Integration (with in SF, SAP other 3rd party tools)

Other Responsibilities

• Supporting of all above submodules of Successfactors
• Import and Export data
• Yearly activities
• Good to have knowledge in SAP ECC
• Co‑ordinate with HR Team for issue closures

Person Profile

Required qualification

Bachelor's Degree from recognized University or Any Post Graduation from recognized University.
