Job summary

Tekskills Inc. seeks a SuccessFactors Time Off consultant with 8-9 years of experience to design, implement, and support Time Off solutions across multiple geographies. The role requires certifications in SAP SuccessFactors EC and expertise in employee central integration.

You will design time accounts, accrual rules, and country-specific workflows, and collaborate with customers to map current processes to the future state. Must have 2+ implementations and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Must-have: SuccessFactors certifications in EC.
• Designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.
• Designing and implementing time accounts and accrual rules, managing workflows for different countries.
• At least 2 implementation experiences in Time Off solutions for multiple geographies.
• Experience in working with Integration for Employee Central.
