Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a SuccessFactors Time Off consultant with 8-9 years of experience. The role requires must-have EC certifications, expertise in time accounts and accrual rules, and proven multi-geography implementation experience, including integrations with Employee Central.

The candidate will design, implement and support complex SAP SuccessFactors processes for Time Off across multiple countries, ensuring workflows align with local regulations and client needs.

Qualifications

• Must have certifications in EC (Employee Central) in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Designing and implementing time accounts and accrual rules, managing country-specific workflows.
• At least 2 implementations of Time Off solutions across multiple geographies.
• Experience in integrating with Employee Central.

Must-Have

SucessFactors certifications in EC

Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.

Designing and Implementing time accounts and accrual rules, managing workflows for different countries.

At least 2 implementation experience in Time Off solutions for multiple geographies.

Experience in working with Integration for Employee Central.

Good-to-Have

Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module

Knowledge in intelligent Services

Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements.
