Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a SuccessFactors Time Off consultant in India to design, implement and support Time Off rules across multiple geographies.

The candidate should have 8-9 years of experience and must possess SuccessFactors EC certifications, with strong knowledge of Employee Central integration and workflows across countries. Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai & Pune locations are relevant; candidate should be able to work across these cities as needed, with deep expertise in time-off processes

Qualifications

• SucessFactors certifications in EC
• Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.
• Designing and Implementing time accounts and accrual rules, managing workflows for different countries.
• At least 2 implementation experience in Time Off solutions for multiple geographies.
• Experience in working with Integration for Employee Central.
• Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module
• Knowledge in intelligent Services
• Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements.
