Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Time Off consultant based in India to lead design, implementation and support of Time Off processes within SAP SuccessFactors EC. You will define accrual rules, set up country-specific workflows and ensure seamless Employee Central integrations.

The role requires 8-9 years of relevant experience and 7 years relocation willingness, with projects across major Indian cities. Strong client interaction and project delivery skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Must-have: SAP SuccessFactors EC certification and hands-on EC implementation.
• Experience designing and implementing time-off rules and accruals.
• Minimum 2 implementations of Time Off across multiple geographies.
• Experience integrating with Employee Central.

Must-Have

SucessFactors certifications in EC

Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.

Designing and Implementing time accounts and accrual rules, managing workflows for different countries.

At least 2 implementation experience in Time Off solutions for multiple geographies.

Experience in working with Integration for Employee Central.

Good-to-Have

Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module

Knowledge in intelligent Services

Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements.
