Job summary

Mahvenx It Solutions Pvt.ltd is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant with 7-10 years of hands-on experience in PMGM, Succession and onboarding. The role focuses on delivering analytics, data modelling and integration with Employee Central across global deployments.

The ideal candidate will have SAP SuccessFactors certifications, strong SQL skills, and proven delivery in HR transformations. Excellent communication and collaboration with the Integration Team are essential.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in SuccessFactors reporting and analytics.
• Hands-on with SuccessFactors Report Center and Canvas Reporting.
• Certified in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM and Succession.
• Strong experience in People Analytics.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors data models and metadata frameworks.
• Experience with Employee Central data structures (preferred).
• Strong SQL/query-building and data analysis skills.
• Experience in 3 end-to-end implementations.
• Experience in global implementations / multi-country deployments.
• Able to work with the Integration Team.

7 - 10 Years Hands On Experience in SF PMGM and Succession , onboarding

• 7 10 years in SuccessFactors reporting/analytics
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Report Center and Canvas Reporting
• SAP SuccessFactors Certification (People Analytics / Reporting / EC preferred)
• Strong experience in People Analytics
• Good understanding of SuccessFactors data models and metadata frameworks
• Experience working with Employee Central (EC) data structures (preferred)
• Strong SQL/query-building and data analysis skills
• Must have experience in 3 end to end implementations
• SAP SuccessFactors Certified in PMGM and Succession
• Excellent communication written and oral and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Proven history of hands-on delivery in major HR transformation programmes and success in contributing within a team environment.
• Experience in global implementations / multi-country deployments
• Able to work with the Integration Team
