Responsibilities

• Role involves configuring and deploying SAP SuccessFactors modules for clients.
• Collaborate with HR teams to understand and map HR processes.
• Support integrations with middleware tools (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi) and ensure data integrity.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues; provide effective solutions and root-cause analyses.
• Communicate with stakeholders to manage requirements, timelines, and expectations.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and certifications as needed.
