Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors professional to lead and optimize HR modules across the enterprise.

The role requires hands-on configuration and deployment across multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules, a strong understanding of HR processes, and proficiency with integration tools such as SAP CPI and Dell Boomi.

Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is preferred, and the candidate should demonstrate a proven track record of delivering scalable HR solutions.

Qualifications

• 610 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors HR modules.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and policies.
• Experience with integration tools and middleware (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) preferred.
