Job summary

Aristo Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai seeks a SAP SuccessFactors specialist to implement and configure modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Time Management. You will partner with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions, while customizing and supporting SF functionalities.

The role requires hands-on SF experience, strong HR processes knowledge, and comfort with configurations and integrations; SF certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS, HR, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and workflows.
• Experience with configurations and integrations.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred.
