You will align HR processes with global policies, manage stakeholders, and ensure reliable delivery of SAP SF solutions. Key strengths include hands-on SF module experience, certification preference, and proficiency with middleware tools like SAP CPI and Dell Boomi.

Qualifications

• 610 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors HR modules.
• Proven track record in configuring and deploying multiple SuccessFactors modules.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and policies.
• Experience with integration tools and middleware (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Role & responsibilities: Lead SAP SuccessFactors configurations and deployments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define HR processes and policies.
• Design and implement integrations using middleware and integration tools.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and document SF modules and integrations.
• Support change management and user trainings as needed.
