Job summary

Shadowfax Technologies is seeking an experienced logistics professional to manage end-to-end operations across multiple hubs in the assigned zone in India. You will ensure KPIs like SLA, TAT, productivity, delivery success, RTO, cost, and quality are met while supervising hub incharges and operations teams with coaching and performance management.

You will monitor first-mile, line-haul, last-mile, and reverse logistics; plan manpower, fleet, and route utilization to maximize efficiency; review

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations across multiple hubs in the assigned zone.
• Ensure achievement of operational KPIs such as SLA, TAT, productivity, delivery success, RTO, cost, and quality.
• Supervise Hub Incharges and operations teams, providing coaching and performance management.
• Monitor first-mile, line-haul, last-mile, and reverse logistics operations.
• Plan manpower, fleet, and route utilization to maximize efficiency.
• Review daily MIS reports and identify performance gaps.
• Handle customer and client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Drive SOP compliance, safety standards, and operational audits across all hubs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, HR, Transport, and Customer Support teams.
• Launch new hubs and ensure smooth operational ramp-up.
• Control operating costs while maintaining service quality.
• Conduct regular reviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations for hub teams.
• Develop action plans to improve productivity, reduce losses, and optimize processes.
