Grassroots BPO Pvt Ltd is hiring an experienced Study Abroad Counsellor to join our team in Bengaluru. This 100% on-site role requires hands-on international education counselling with mandatory prior counselling experience.

• Guide students on universities, courses, admission requirements and application processes.
• Manage student journey from initial counselling through application and admission.
• Follow up with students and maintain an active counselling pipeline.
• Coordinate with universities and internal teams as required.
• Maintain accurate student records and update CRM regularly.
• Achieve counselling, application and enrolment targets.
• Stay updated on university requirements, intakes, scholarships and visa developments.

Grassroots Study Abroad is hiring an experienced Study Abroad Counsellor to join our growing team in Bangalore. We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience in international education counselling, with prior experience in counselling students being mandatory. This is a 100% Work From Office role and is suited for a counsellor who wants to take ownership, work closely with students and contribute to the growth of our study abroad business.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Study Abroad Counsellor / International Education Counsellor.
• Multi destination counselling experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of European study destinations and university application processes.
• Fluent in Kannada and English.
• Strong communication, counselling and relationship-building skills.
• Must be based in Bangalore/Bengaluru.
• Willing to work from office - no remote/hybrid option.
• Location: Bengaluru.
