Job summary

Prolific Hr Consultants in Bengaluru is seeking an Admission Counselor to guide students who want to study abroad. The role requires 1–5 years of experience, strong English communication, and CRM usage. You will meet monthly admission targets while assisting with applications and documents.

This hybrid position is based in Jayanagar, Bengaluru, with work hours 9:30 AM–6:00 PM and salary range ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month plus incentives.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in admission counseling, overseas education, EdTech, or sales.
• Experience in overseas education is preferred.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good follow-up and student-handling skills.
• Ability to work towards targets.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Talk to students who are interested in studying abroad.
• Understand their education, interests, budget, and career goals.
• Explain different countries, courses, universities, and admission requirements.
• Help students with university applications and required documents.
• Guide students with SOPs, LORs, and other admission-related documents.
• Follow up with students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Keep student details and follow-up updates in the CRM.
• Coordinate with students and the team during the admission process.
• Achieve monthly targets and help students complete their admission process.
• Participate in student seminars and education events when required.
