Grassroots Study Abroad is hiring an experienced Study Abroad Counsellor to join our growing team in Bangalore.

We are looking for someone who has hands‑on experience in international education counselling, with prior experience in counselling students being mandatory.

This is a 100% Work From Office role and is suited for a counsellor who wants to take ownership, work closely with students and contribute to the growth of our study abroad business.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on study abroad opportunities based on their academic profile, career goals and budget.
• Guide students on universities, courses, admission requirements and application processes.
• Manage the student journey from initial counselling through application and admission.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Study Abroad Counsellor / International Education Counsellor.
• Multi destination counselling experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of European study destinations and university application processes.
• Fluent in Kannada and English.
• Strong communication, counselling and relationship‑building skills.
• Must be based in Bangalore/Bengaluru.
• Willing to work from office - no remote/hybrid option.

Salary Range -Up to 6LPA
