• Coordinate student orientation, induction, mentoring, counselling, feedback, and engagement activities.
• Monitor student feedback and coordinate appropriate corrective and improvement actions.
• Organize technical events, workshops, seminars, hackathons, competitions, industry interactions, and student development activities.
• Support student clubs, professional societies, innovation activities, and extracurricular initiatives.
• Coordinate with faculty mentors and class coordinators to identify and address student concerns.
• Track student participation, attendance, academic progress, engagement, and other relevant student experience indicators.
• Maintain student-related records, reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Facilitate communication between students and the School administration.
• Support academic advising and student progression initiatives.
• Coordinate with placement and training teams to enhance employability and career readiness.
• Collect and analyse student feedback and prepare periodic reports for management.
• Develop initiatives for improving student-industry interaction and professional development.
• Handle student grievances professionally and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
• Perform other responsibilities assigned by the School leadership.
