Job summary

ALLEN Digital is seeking a motivated Student Advisor for a Pan-India, on-site role. You will guide prospective students and families, present learning solutions, and maintain CRM records. You will engage via outbound and inbound channels, aiming to meet monthly enrollment targets with a consultative, student-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Counsell prospective students and families to guide academic decisions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track interactions with leads.
• Coordinate with team to meet monthly enrollment targets.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and match offerings to student needs.

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert and be able to present company products to new and old users.
• Connecting and counselling of Potential customers.
• Maintaining connections with prospects through outbound calls, mailers etc.
• Collaborate with teammates and work towards closing sales.
• Maintain Database and records of the prospects in CRM
• Achieve the assigned Sales targets on a monthly basis.
• Prepare and review his/her daily funnel for better productivity
