Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology up to Class 12.
• Knowledge of JEE/NEET curriculum is preferred.
• Teaching or mentorship experience is an added advantage.
• Tamil fluency is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and data analysis is preferred.
• Self-motivated with a strong ownership and result-driven mindset.
