Job summary

HRGenie in Karnataka invites passionate educators to mentor Class 11–12 students for JEE preparation. You will guide students through live AI-led classes, monitor progress, and communicate with parents to build confidence.

The role requires 1–4 years of teaching, strong JEE syllabus knowledge, and fluency in English and Hindi. Work in the evenings, 6 days a week, in the office, with long-term collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of teaching or mentoring Class 11–12 Physics, Chemistry or Maths (school, coaching or EdTech)
• Good understanding of the JEE syllabus and exam journey
• Fluent English and Hindi
• Comfortable speaking with parents as well as teenagers
• Ready to work evenings (2 pm to 11 pm), 6 days (Mon–Sat) in office

Responsibilities

• Be each student's go-to person through their JEE preparation.
• Ensure students attend every live AI-led class and stay attentive; check in early with any lagging student.
• Run a one-to-one call with each student about every two weeks, using data from their work to show progress and next steps.
• Run progress calls with parents to showcase improvement and maintain confidence in HRGenie.
• Counsel students through stress, setbacks and low motivation, and build discipline and confidence.
• Onboard new students through their first 2–3 sessions; work with founders to build a mentoring process that scales.

• Run progress calls with parents, so families can see the improvement and stay confident in UKEL.
• Counsel students through stress, setbacks and low motivation, and build their discipline and confidence.
• Onboard new students through their first 2–3 sessions. Work with the founders to build a mentoring process that scales.

Who we are looking for

Must have
