Job summary

Saffron Engineering And Company in Pune seeks a Structural Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in industrial construction projects. You will coordinate structural drawings, review fabrication work, manage site erection, and engage with contractors, vendors, and project teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of structural steel, IS codes, AutoCAD proficiency, and good communication. Travel to project sites may be required.

Responsibilities

• Review structural drawings received from consultants/clients.
• Fabrication, painting and erection of structural steel as per fabrication drawing.
• Prepare project timeline & monitor the same.
• Verify site measurements, quantities, and material requirements.
• Review technical specifications, BOQs, and material submittals.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve technical/site issues.
• Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.

We are looking for a Structural Engineer with experience in industrial construction projects. This is a full-time, on-site position. The candidate will be responsible for structural drawing coordination, drawing review, fabrication, painting, erection, quality control, site execution, and coordination with contractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams.
