Job summary

Denasa Buildcon is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead structural steel erection activities on project sites. You will coordinate erection sequencing, crane operations, and ensure work complies with drawings and approved methodologies.

The role requires strong hands-on site experience, ability to read structural drawings, and effective coordination with fabricators, subcontractors, and clients. Willingness to work at project sites is essential.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of structural steel drawings and fabrication drawings.
• Experience coordinating steel fabricators and erection subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise structural steel erection activities at site.
• Coordinate steel erection subcontractors, fabricators and manpower.
• Check incoming fabricated steel members against drawings and delivery documents.
• Coordinate erection sequence and daily work fronts.
• Check alignment, levels, dimensions, bolting and welding.
• Coordinate crane and lifting requirements with the project team.
• Ensure erection is carried out as per approved drawings and methodology.
• Coordinate with structural consultants and client representatives.
• Monitor daily progress, manpower and productivity.
• Record quantities erected and verify subcontractor measurements.
• Identify site issues, dimensional discrepancies and drawing conflicts.
• Coordinate rectification and snagging.
• Maintain daily progress and quality records.
• Assist in inspection, testing and handover documentation.

• Experience coordinating steel fabricators and erection subcontractors.
• Knowledge of crane/lifting operations is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work at project sites.
