Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Mumbai, India seeks an engineer to perform simulation studies and heat and mass balance analyses, and to size equipment, instruments and lines. The role involves preparing PFDs, P&IDs and datasheets for rotating, static and instrument items, and performing hydraulic calculations for network lines.

You will provide engineering support to Lead Engineers for contract execution, ensuring all documents and deliverables are complete and compliant before distribution.

Qualifications

• Simulation studies and heat & mass balance analysis
• Sizing of equipment, instruments and lines
• Preparation of PFD, P&ID and datasheets for rotating, static and instruments
• Hydraulic calculations for network lines and safety charts

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to Lead Engineers for contract execution
• Ensure documents deliverables are accurate and fully checked before release
• Prepare engineering documents, reports and operating manuals
• Perform SAFE Charts, Cause & Effect Diagrams, flare, blowdown & depressurization calculations
