Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Mumbai seeks an experienced engineer to perform simulation studies and develop heat and mass balance sheets. You will size equipment, instruments and lines, and prepare PFDs and P&IDs for projects.

Responsibilities include datasheet preparation for rotating, static and instrument components, power load estimation, and production of engineering documents, reports and operating manuals. You will also create SAFE charts and diagrams, and perform hydraulic calculations for network

Qualifications

• Experience in performing simulation studies and developing heat and mass balance sheets.
• Sizing of equipment, instruments and lines; preparation of PFD and P&ID.
• Preparation of datasheets for rotating, static and instrument items; estimation of power load.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to Lead Engineers for contract execution.
• Ensure documents and deliverables are accurate before issuing to others.
• Prepare SAFE Charts, Cause & Effect Diagrams; flare, blowdown and depressurization calculations.
• Prepare engineering documents, reports and operating manuals and other project deliverables.
