Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Mumbai is seeking a Process Engineer to perform simulation studies and develop heat and mass balance sheets, size equipment, instruments and lines, and prepare PFDs and P&IDs.

You will compile datasheets for rotating and static equipment, estimate power loads, produce engineering documents, reports, operating manuals, SAFE charts, and perform hydraulic calculations to optimize network lines.

Responsibilities

• Performing Simulation studies and developing Heat & Mass Balance sheet
• Sizing of Equipment, Instrument and Lines Preparation of PFD, P&ID
• Preparation of Datasheets for Rotating, Static and Instruments; Estimation of Power load; Preparation of Engineering documents, reports & Operating manual; Preparation of SAFE Charts, Cause & Effect Diagram; Flare, Blowdown & Depressurization calculations; Performing Hydraulic calculation of network lines
• To provide engineering support to Lead Engineers for contract execution; to be responsible for all the work with reference to a document/deliverables and/or activity assigned to him; to ensure that the documents/deliverables, generated, are in order before issuing it to others.
