Job summary

Protium Finance Ltd. is seeking a seasoned professional in Business Strategy, Analytics, MIS, or Sales Planning to monitor performance, drive planning, and build insightful dashboards.

The role collaborates with Sales, Credit, Risk, Operations and Product teams to optimize incentives and growth initiatives. Ideal candidates have 4-8 years of experience and advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint, with exposure to BFSI/financial services.

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare impactful presentations for Leadership and OpCom reviews
• Manage key stakeholder relationships and business teams
• Build dashboards and generate insights using Power BI, SQL, and Excel
• Collaborate with Sales, Credit, Risk, Operations, and Product teams to improve business outcomes
• Design and track sales contests, R&R (Rewards & Recognition) programs, and productivity campaigns to drive business performance
• Develop and optimize incentive structures for sales and business teams based on organizational objectives and productivity metrics
• Evaluate effectiveness of incentive programs through data analytics andrecommend improvements to maximize business impact

Preferred candidate profile

• 4-8 years of experience in Business Strategy, Analytics, MIS, Sales Planning, or Business Planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in BFSI/NBFC/Financial Services preferredAbility to work closely with senior leadership and influence decision-making
• Prior exposure to sales incentive design, performance management, orbusiness analytics will be an added advantage
