Job summary

Guiltfree Industries is seeking a highly capable Strategy Manager to join the Group Strategy team, supporting the Vice Chairman's Office. This high-visibility role offers exposure to strategic decision‑making at the group level across a diversified business portfolio.

You will develop financial models and business cases, build MIS, dashboards and KPI trackers, drive cross‑functional strategic projects, conduct market research, and prepare executive briefings.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years relevant work experience.
• MBA from Tier 1 Institute.
• Strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management, ability to deliver under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate and business-unit strategy, annual planning and strategic reviews.
• Develop financial models, business cases, scenario/profitability analysis and investment evaluations.
• Build MIS, dashboards and KPI trackers for business and financial performance.
• Drive and track cross-functional strategic and transformation projects.
• Conduct market, competitive and macroeconomic research and generate actionable insights.
• Prepare presentations, board-level briefing notes and executive summaries.
