As a Strategy Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive innovation and business growth. Utilizing advanced analytical tools and methodologies, you will work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to uncover insights, solve complex challenges, and align organizational objectives with actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Project Management
  • Lead strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Monitor progress and address challenges to maintain alignment with goals.
• Data Collection and Analysis
  • Collect, process, and analyze data from various internal and external sources.
  • Use advanced tools such as Python/R and SQL for statistical analysis and modelling.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to guide strategic decision‑making.
• Data Visualization and Reporting
  • Create dynamic dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
  • Present insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, impactful manner.
• Business Insights and Recommendations
  • Translate data insights into actionable strategies and solutions.
  • Provide recommendations to address challenges and seize growth opportunities.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with leadership and cross‑functional teams to align strategic goals.
  • Communicate technical insights and strategies in an accessible manner to non‑technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 4–5 years of experience in strategic consulting and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and Tableau/Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
